Your domain name (about $30 a year) and, for stores, your Shopify plan are paid by you directly, so they stay yours.

Yes. The domain, hosting and store accounts are set up in your name. If you leave, you take everything with you.
Your logo if you have one, a few photos of your work, and 20 minutes to check the sample. We write the words for you to approve.
Your free sample arrives within two working days. A Starter website goes live within 5 working days of getting your details and photos.
A 50% deposit once you've seen the sample and want to go ahead, and the balance at launch. Nothing is charged for the sample.
Quote requests go straight to your email. We don't keep or sell your customers' details.
Yes. Small changes are included in the care plan. Bigger changes are quoted up front before any work starts.
